Xuegong's boiler-free corrugated board production line eliminates the need for traditional steam boilers, helping factories reduce energy consumption, emissions, and operating costs.
The system combines instant-setting starch adhesive, room or low-temperature corrugated board production technology, and patented flute-to-flute corrugated board production technology.
It can produce traditional 2-ply to 5-ply boards, 5-ply flute-to-flute boards with a core layer, 4-ply flute-to-flute boards without a core layer, and inline lamination of printed sheets.
